What materials do you use in your jewellery?

We use a variety of materials in our jewellery, mainly including precious metals like stainless steel and silver, and coated in a 18k gold and rose gold finish and 825 silver finish. 

Do you offer custom jewellery designs?

How do I care for my jewellery?

The best way to care for your jewellery is to keep it clean and dry. Avoid exposing it to water, chemicals, and extreme temperatures. Our products are durable to wind, dust, particles of water but we do not condemn tough conditions. Products are tested and closely examined before shipping to ensure that the quality remains perfect.

Track your order with the tracking number provided in your confirmation email and paste digits on our link (link)

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 100 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging. Custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally, all around the world! 

How long does it take to receive my order?

The processing time for your order is 1-3 business days guaranteed. Shipping time within Australia is 12-21 business days. Shipping time for international orders will vary depending on the destination, approximately 12-25 days. 

How long does it take to receive my custom order?

All custom and personalised products take 20-25 days to weld and create. We work around the clock to ensure it gets to you as fast as possible.
