We understand that your satisfaction is crucial to us. For this reason, we accept returns and exchanges for all but custom orders within 100 days of its arrival, regardless of your location in the world. 

If you are in Australia, your return is entirely free. Simply email us to initiate the return process, and we will email you a pre-paid shipping label once it's completed. Unfortunately, exchanges outside of the Australia are not available, but we are still pleased to accept your return. Please email us to start the return or exchange process.

For jewellery, we gladly accept returns and exchanges of any item that is in a new and saleable condition within 100 days of its arrival date. Our team will determine whether an item is eligible for exchange or return with reasoning. 

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your return or exchange within approximately five business days. Please note that refunds may take up to an additional seven business days, depending on your bank.
