How can I cancel my order?
We only accept order cancellations for generic products, and only before processing has begun. Once the product has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order.
Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled.

What if I want to exchange an item?
We only allow exchanges if the mistake was made on our end, or if the product is damaged or defective. Additionally, if you receive a size other than the one you selected, we will exchange it for the correct size.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item you are returning must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
